Blu-fusion's culinary concept is two-fold:
join culinary ideas from different world cuisines together in specially created, unique entrees
and
use only fresh, top-quality ingredients

Blu-fusion opens every day at 4PM with its Cafe Menu. The full dinner menu begins at 5PM until 10PM every day. $10.99 early bird specials begin at 5PM. Blu-fusion also offers daily Chef Specials, from $12.99 to $14.99, and a Children's Menu.

Blu-fusion's Happy Hour lasts three hours every weeknight 4PM to 7PM. Enjoy a full liquor bar and a large wine list, featuring selections from America as well as old and new world vintages. Selections are updated regularly and include rare wines, single malts, specialty cocktails and liquors.

Blu-fusion's night-time entertainment includes unique, original artists such as the hilarious Brit, George Orr, as well as Jerry Ward, the Consecutones and the infamous duo, Skotch 'n Beerz.
